Telecom and network Customer Support technicians will provide customer service and technical support for various telecom and network equipment and/or services. Providing customers with technical advice and solutions, troubleshooting and offering general support are the key responsibilities for this position. Customer Support technicians usually work by phone but may also provide support via email or online chat.
