Support Technician - Telecom and Network Equipment

Definition:
 

An in-house Support Technician working in the telecom and network field will be responsible for the computer systems (and possibly network systems) within a company. This may entail general troubleshooting, upgrading user workstations, selecting and installing hardware, managing software and maintaining all systems. Technical proficiency as well as good communication skills are important for this position.
