Tech Support Engineer - Telecom and Network Equipment
Definition:
A telecom and network Tech Support Engineer provides technical support for customers by phone, email or an instant messaging program. Technical proficiency and good analytical skills are important for this position. The Tech Support Engineer must be able to determine what caused the customer’s technical issue and will strive to provide an efficient resolution. The Tech Support Engineer may also be tasked with providing customer training for various telecom and network equipment.
